Benefits of Hope Toolkit
Supporting Employees Every Step of the Way
Cancer Hope Network (CHN) is proud to offer the Benefits of Hope Toolkit
A comprehensive resource designed to support your employees as they navigate the challenges of a cancer diagnosis or caregiving while working. This toolkit offers easy-to-use materials, practical tools, and educational content that you can integrate directly into your existing workplace communications.
By providing tools that foster hope, connection, and resilience, you empower your workforce with critical resources when they need them most.
At the core of CHN’s mission is our free and confidential peer mentorship program.
Cancer Hope Network specializes in highly personalized, supportive connections that can begin at any point in an individual’s cancer journey. By connecting cancer patients and their loved ones with trained Peer Mentors who’ve walked a similar path, we help make cancer less isolating.
