Become a Mentor
You got through cancer. Help someone else get through it, too.
Our Mentors are the heart of everything we do at Cancer Hope Network.
They provide empathetic, compassionate support and are there to remind their mentees of their inner strength and ability to overcome challenges.
Serving as a Peer Mentor volunteer is an opportunity to pay it forward and find meaning and empowerment as someone whose life has been impacted by cancer.
Becoming a Cancer Hope Network Peer Mentor
Your journey through cancer—whether as a survivor or a caregiver—was marked by heart, courage, hope, and love. As a mentor with Cancer Hope Network, you have the opportunity to offer empathy, understanding, and support to others facing similar challenges.
Through free training, you’ll be equipped to connect with those seeking support, offering guidance rooted in your own experiences. As a survivor, you’ll provide a lifeline of hope and compassion to someone navigating their diagnosis. As a caregiver, you’ll share your insights, including the importance of self-care, to help others who are supporting their loved ones through cancer.
Your story can be a powerful source of strength and connection, creating bonds of trust and compassion that bring hope to those who need it most.
