Cancer Hope Network (CHN) respects the privacy of its clients. CHN does not rent or sell its client information to anyone for any purpose. CHN values your trust and will work to protect the security and privacy of any personal information provided to us. We will only use the information you have provided to us for assisting in our efforts to help our clients.

Information collected on the CHN website (provided at the sole discretion of the client) includes name, contact information, cancer diagnosis, and treatment information. The information, input by the client via CHN’s website, is used by CHN for the purpose of contacting the client to schedule a match with a volunteer, perform satisfaction survey analysis or schedule a potential volunteer training. If a client would like to review information collected by CHN, he/she may do so by contacting the office via email at CGBernstein (at) cancerhopenetwork.org. If a client does not want to be included as part of a satisfaction survey, send an email to the aforementioned email address. CHN does not share information outside the organization. CHN protects the information collected via the website by a security firewall as well as ensuring all virus protection is regularly updated.
