Cancer Hope Network matches cancer patients or family members with trained volunteer cancer survivors who themselves, have undergone and recovered from a similar cancer experience.

After clicking “Submit,” one of our Patient Services Coordinators (PSC) will contact you to ask you a few simple questions and connect you with a trained volunteer cancer survivor who had a similar cancer experience. You can also speak to a PSC directly by calling us at 1-800-552-4366 during normal office hours (8:30-5:30 EST).

Talk with a Patient Services Coordinator
Discuss your diagnosis and treatment with a PSC who will collect as much information needed to make the best possible match based on your needs. Our staff will initiate a search, discuss the results of the search with you, and make a recommendation as to the Support Volunteer who most closely mirrors your situation.
