Our matching process is simple.
When you call, you will talk with one of our Patient Services Coordinators (PSC) who will discuss your diagnosis, treatment, side effects and other cancer-related issues. Your PSC will also inquire about your preferred times to communicate with our volunteers. Our PSC will then match you with a Support Volunteer who will contact you within 48 hours.
There is never a charge for Cancer Hope Network services.
The first step in the matching process is to contact us. You can call 800-552-4366, initiate an online chat session or fill out a patient information form. Our office hours are 8:30–5:30 EST, Monday through Friday.
